We would like to say congratulations to Tekeurope Finance and Sales Admin Assistant James Gibbins who has recently completed his apprenticeship. James received a distinction in his IFATE Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 course which took around 15 months to finish.

The job role developed over the course, as described on the IFATE website, “is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation”. Skills focussed on include knowing customers and their requirements, knowledge of systems utilised in the candidate’s role as well as understanding legislation and regulatory requirements associated with their job.

James joins a growing list of staff at Tekeurope who have completed apprenticeships whilst at the company, with former apprentices working in the Sales, Warehouse, Engineering and Finance departments.
