We would like to thank Engineering Apprentice Billy Parsons for his recent hard work.
Billy works primarily on the repairs side of Engineering and recently took on a large body of work related to one of our repair contracts. He was able to diagnose and repair a large number of customer machines, working largely independently in a product area he was less familiar with.
Starting in 2016, the company has run an extensive apprenticeship program with many of the current full time staff staying on after completing it. The program has covered every area of the company- sales, engineering, warehouse and finance. Apprentices are encouraged to develop their skillset in new areas such as Billy in this case.
Billy received an Amazon voucher as a thank you for going above and beyond in completing the work.
