The launch of the Live Chat service back in late January has allowed us to talk directly with our customers on the website and gain an insight into how people are searching and shopping in our store. Whilst our corporate customers often have a specific part number in mind when they get in contact, a lot of customers on the site are searching for components for a specific laptop but may not have information about the part number to hand.
With this in mind we have launched the Laptop Spares section of our store.
In this section parts are listed by the machines they go in. Customers can search by their laptop’s manufacturer and model and see our selection of components for that machine, from screw kits to system boards.
We are adding more models all the time so be sure to check back in future for an even wider selection
