Get To Know Your Customer Day reminds businesses of the importance of building trust and strong relationships with their customer base. It is observed quarterly and encourages organisations to reach out to their clients, both for feedback and to celebrate the value they bring to the business. This is especially important in a time when more business models are shifting towards online selling and of course due to the lack of face to face contact during the recent pandemic.

As a company we take multiples approaches to ensuring this is an ongoing process. For endusers reviews of purchases are encouraged and the company is contactable in multiple ways to deal with any questions or issues. This has allowed us to help potential customers to identify the parts they need or get help with hardware and software queries. On the corporate side of the business customers are given dedicated Sales Account Managers to assist with day to day purchasing and repair requirements. Sales staff closely liaise with our in house engineering team to ensure more technical queries or requests are dealt with rapidly.

Teambuilding- Staff and Customers

One approach that has helped build strong relationships with our long term clients has been their inclusion in the company’s annual team building exercises. This has allowed staff and customers to meet and engage in a less formal environment. It also allows staff not in predominately customer facing roles such as in the warehouse a chance to meet our clients as well as of course being a lot of fun for everyone involved. The first staff/customer event took place in 2017 and after having to cancel the last 2 years due to Covid we are delighted to resume this tradition in 2022. This year we will visit Bristol after previous events have seen staff and clients undertake a variety of activities:
