Ordered the charger yesterday after a call with customer service, who confirmed it was the right product ( the website lists it as 3.0×1.0mm, but it’s a typo- it is the correct 3.0×1.1mm adapter)
I was pleasantly surprised that it came in today, well packaged and everything as ordered and yes, it is the genuine Acer charger.
